Since the health benefits of tea is in the news lately, we should take a closer look at GABA tea, one of the "secrets" of the tea world. This little-known type of tea is specially processed to increase the levels of GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) - an important amino acid responsible for inhibiting neuron activity in the brain. GABA is used as a natural tranquilizer, and apparantly has many health benefits.
